With over two decades of experience in practice, Reshma Sewsunker holds admission as both an Attorney and a Conveyancer, and appointment as a Notary Public.
That combination matters in practice. A deceased estate that includes immovable property, a trust that holds a family home, an agreement that requires notarial execution — these move between disciplines. Holding all three qualifications means a matter does not have to be handed off midway, and nothing is lost in the handover.
The particular focus of the practice is property law and conveyancing, deceased estates, trusts, commercial agreements and related legal matters.
We value quality over volume.
Our practice is intentionally personal and hands-on. Clients deal directly with the attorney responsible for their matter, allowing us to develop a thorough understanding of each client's requirements and provide focused legal attention from commencement to completion.
With more than 20 years of experience, our approach combines established legal knowledge with practical, solution-oriented advice. We would rather take on fewer matters and do them properly than accept work we cannot give proper attention to.
