Confidentiality of enquiries
Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the enquiry form on this website. Information sent before we have accepted an instruction may not be protected by legal professional privilege. Should your matter require the exchange of confidential material, please telephone us first so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Personal information (POPIA)
Reshma Sewsunker Attorneys processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
- What we collect. Where you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, telephone number and matter description you provide.
- Why we collect it. Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where an instruction follows, to attend to your matter.
- Who we share it with. We do not sell or trade personal information. It is disclosed only where necessary to attend to your matter (for example, to the Master of the High Court or the Deeds Office) or where the law requires it.
- How long we keep it. For as long as required to attend to the matter and thereafter for the period prescribed by the rules applicable to legal practitioners.
- Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Please submit the request through the enquiry form, by telephone on 031 301 2484, or in writing to the address below.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Where third-party content is embedded — such as the map on the contact page — that provider may set its own cookies, subject to its own privacy policy.
Bot protection
The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes human visitors from automated submissions. It assesses browser characteristics rather than tracking you across websites, and does not profile you for advertising. This check is necessary to keep the form usable; enquiries cannot be submitted without it. If you would prefer not to use the form, please telephone the office on 031 301 2484.
